• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50.
• Maximum Bet: The maximum bet limit per event varies depending on the event.
• Bet Cancelled: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Always double-check your selections before confirming a bet in live betting.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply.
• Parlay Bet: Combine multiple events into a single bet. All events must win for a payout.

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, aci 365 reserves the right to void that bet. A full refund of the stake will be issued in such cases.

Deposits and withdrawals at aci 365 are completely secure and transparent. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• To prevent money laundering, aci 365 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• If you withdraw your main balance before meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

The aci 365 bonus system offers members extra value. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with wagering requirements (e.g., ×5, ×10). Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering conditions are met.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus only: Only one active bonus may be held at a time.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in any other form of manipulation will result in account termination.
• Referral Bonus: To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must complete their first deposit.

Aci 365 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, no changes will be made to bonuses that are already active.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aci 365. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and your balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using someone else's identity.
• Match fixing or dishonestly influencing the outcome of any event.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches on the platform.
• Harassment or abuse of other members.

Aci 365 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• KYC verification not completed or failed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time. Upon submitting a closure request, any outstanding balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned within 3–5 business days. Self-exclusion is also available under our Responsible Gaming programme.

Aci 365 strives to provide reliable service at all times. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays due to third-party payment gateway issues.
• Unexpected technical error.
• Transactions resulting from the user's own error.

However, if an issue arises due to a fault on aci 365's part, we will take full responsibility and provide compensation. Our support team is always here for you.
